The Indiana Fever have already surpassed their total attendance from last season after just five games this year. In 2023, the Fever had a total attendance of 81,336 across 20 home games. However, in their first five home games of the 2024 season, they have already drawn in 82,857 fans. This impressive feat was achieved with the help of their new star player, Caitlin Clark.

Clark was the number one overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft and has been a major draw for fans. Her presence on the team has led to increased ticket sales and attendance. The Fever's average attendance this season is 15,564, which is the most in the league and up significantly from their average of 4,067 for the whole of 2023.

The Fever's next game is on 7th June against the Washington Mystics, who have moved the fixture from their usual 4,200-seater home to the much bigger Capital One Arena in the hope of selling more tickets.
