Supermodel Gisele Bündchen has this week publicly denied rumors that she was unfaithful to her ex-husband, National Football League (NFL) icon Tom Brady, rejecting speculations of a relationship with her jiu-jitsu trainer, Joaquim Valente, prior to the divorce.

Bündchen, once married to the esteemed quarterback for the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, firmly stated: "That is a lie," to accusations suggesting her relationship with Valente started before she and Brady divorced.

Last month, the Daily Mail hinted that Bündchen and Valente's relationship might trace back further than June, fueling rumors of their alleged affair. Crucially, the pair were photographed together just two weeks after Bündchen's divorce from Brady in November 2022.

Bündchen confirmed that she is currently in a relationship, but stopped short of naming her partner. She emphatically clarified that her current partner was a friend before any romantic involvement began.

She further addressed the infidelity rumors, empathetically highlighting the similar accusations many women face after ending relationships. "This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful," Bündchen stated.

Regardless of public speculations, both Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady appear to have moved on post-divorce with rumors of their respective new relationships. The former couple, who started dating in 2006 and got married in 2009, share two children.
